About the Role:
Abundant Love Home Care Services LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Caregiver to join our growing team in Valdese, Grainite Falls and Hickory NC. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of clients by providing personalized, in-home care and support. Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and tidying living spaces
- Administer medication reminders and monitor client health conditions
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life
- Transport clients to appointments, errands, and community activities
- Document and report changes in client condition to supervisors promptly
Requirements:
- Previous caregiving, home care, or personal care aide (PCA) experience preferred
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is a plus but not required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, patient, and empathetic demeanor
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans with minimal supervision
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain

Compensation: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Abundant Love Home Care Services, LLC provides in-home personal care services in Charlotte, North Carolina, and the surrounding areas. Our assisted living services give any homebound individual the help they need to complete daily tasks around the house while still allowing them independence. With more than five years of experience, we know how to care for others with affection and compassion.
Our company's owner, Mrs. Rosalind C Bland, possesses a BS Degree in Accounting, and a Masters in Psychology with a focus in Crisis Counseling. She worked in Corporate America for over 15 years, until she had a life change. Her Mother passed away, leaving behind her Father who suffered Alzheimer's in the advanced stages. She brought him home to live with her family, where she had an array of caregiver's helping care for him. The experience left a lot to be desired. October 31, 2013, her labor of love ended. Leaving her, searching for something to fill the hole in her heart. She began for reflect on the words her late mother spoke, "Ask God to show you, what you are called to do". Mrs Bland did just that, and Abundant Love Home Care LLC was birthed. She sees this business as so much more than a career, it is a calling.
